We aim to dispatch all of our orders on the next working day.

We are able to offer competitive prices for our trade customers. Please send us an email with your requirements for a bespoke quote.

We send all of our parcels on a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Smaller items will be sent as a Royal Mail 48 Large Letter. Upgrades are available to a 24 hour service at the checkout. For bigger orders, we may use FedEx depending on the weight and size.

Yes, we are more than happy to use your own design on our products. A small surcharge may apply to make your artwork print / engraving ready.

All of our product dimensions are listed in the product description.

We don't provide support during weekends or bank holidays. Please send us an email as normal and we will get back to you ASAP.

Whilst there is no set character limit on any of our products, please know that the more text you have, the smaller the engraving or printing will be to ensure it fits onto your product.

Whilst we will always try to help and fix any mistakes you have made with your order, we are not always able to assist you as we prioritise our quick turn around. Please ensure you check your order customisation thoroughly before placing your order.

Yes! You are more than welcome to collect from our trade counter, located in Cradley Heath, B64 6PS.
